New Generation Ministries, Inc., is a Community Development Corporation located in Alexandria, Virginia. Dr. E.R. Upsher and Vi Upsher were given the vision of New Generation Ministries, Inc., which was incorporated April 3, 2001.
OUR MISSION/VISION
To empower and reconnect the community. We have a strong desire to make our community an excellent place to live, to work and to play . Our goal is to redirect their lives to a more economic and social condition.
